The first board I ever owned was a Plastic yellow varaflex…I ollied a brick with that sucker and i was hooked…Then my neigbour hooked me up with this rag tag job with a skull on the bottom of it…I rode a bunch of hand me down stuff through the late 80’s untill I got a ray barbee in 89 or 90 then my uncle bought me my first new complete it was in 1991 and it was a sanata cruz everslick that had san diago trucks and 6 real small wheels…

my first complete was a tony hawk bird man deck with grind king trucks speed demond bearings and spit fire wheels…of course with a line in the grip so you could see where it said bird house…o and shorty’s hard ware i think

.a shitty blue plastic one from Fed-mart. My first real board was a Pine Design from a buddy with 70mm sims softies and Indy 169. The first one i bought new was a Roskopp II with OJ II’s, Indys, copers, lappers, skid plate, nose bone, rip grip…that thing weighed 30 lbs.

90’ – this like red alleycat, single tipped it was plastic with what looked like chester cheeto on the bottom. hardcore trucks and wheels. i was 5, i learned to ollie up curbs and do early grabs off my launch ramp i was stoked.
95’ – creature with some weird hurse on the bottom, it was grey. spitfire wheels and i think some old trucks i forget what they were called.

My first board was a 2XS sun grafic that I booght at zellers It sucked shit and I also broke my foot at Sud the third day I had it. Looking back I wouldn’t have changed a thing
