I find myself cranking allot of Sabbath to get me through the days, I spend tons of time sitting on my ass in front of this contraption and its hard to stay motivated… Sabbath always seems to pull me out of the rut and keeps me pumped.
I have always said to Mike… if I’m ever on my death bed, just crank some Sabbath and I’ll pull through.
